We recommend placing your order at least 3-4 weeks before your event date to ensure availability from our farms.
When should I schedule my delivery?
We suggest scheduling delivery 2-3 days before your event to allow the flowers time to hydrate and bloom fully.
Do the flowers arrive arranged?
No, our flowers are shipped in bulk, farm-direct bunches. This allows you to create your own custom arrangements at a fraction of the cost.
How do I care for my flowers once they arrive?
Immediately trim the stems at an angle and place them in cool, clean water with floral food. Keep them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
Changes can be made up to 15 days before your scheduled delivery date. After this window, orders are finalized with our growers.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
While rare, if flowers arrive in poor condition, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
