Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Blooms
Open all boxes immediately upon arrival and inspect the health of the stems.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is damage, take clear photos of the flowers, the bunches, and the shipping label.
- 3.Submit a Claim
Email our support team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp with your order number and photos.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your claim and issue a replacement or a pro-rated refund for the affected stems.
